Project Description

A growing service company with international employees faced the challenge of efficiently managing onboarding processes, training, resource planning and time tracking. Excel lists, various tools and manual processes led to lack of transparency and high administrative effort.

Our solution is a customized enterprise platform that brings together all relevant HR processes in one place. From digital contract signing to learning paths to weekly reports – everything in a modern, user-friendly interface with role-based access.
